Nanowrimo 2006 :)

EDIT: Final wordcounts were:
53,727 words on Amulet I (take 2) and 75,802 total words. :D

50,357 words on Amulet I (take 2). :)
22,075 words on Janis.
72,432 total words thus far with nearly 27 hours left in November. Last year I ended with 75,611 words. I only need 3200 more words to beat that. I think I can I think I can. :)

The Janis novel is probably not going to move again this year. Like with Amulet I last year, it's not quite ready to be written yet. However, unlike last year's attempt at Amulet I, none of the words need to be scrapped, so I probably won't be working on Janis again for next year's Nanowrimo either. I'll finish it some other time, after I'm done writing Amulet I. Basically the problem is more that I need to know what happens in Amulet I before I can use that info to finish Janis.

Thanks to those who have been following along and offering constructive comments, especially Avatar[Wolf]. I'll continue to post chunks of Amulet I as I write them so you can find out what happens, although it'll probably be at a much slower pace once November is over.
