Squid jerky. Nomnomnom...
The sad thing is that it's both expensive and hard to find. There's a great jerky store in the LA area though (I forget which exact city, but it's a Chinatown type of area), called Champion Foods Provisions or somesuch, that makes it fresh daily. I buy $50 worth of jerky from them whenever I'm in the area and can finagle a visit out of whoever has the car. They make squid/cuttlefish shredded jerkies, pork jerky (also nomnomnom), beef jerkies, tofu jerkies, and lots of other meat snack stuff.
